Horizon Healthcare Partners (HHP) is a network of leading behavioral health and substance use provider organizations committed to strengthening care across Rhode Island. We operate Rhode Island’s 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and BH Link, a 24/7 crisis receiving and stabilization center, providing critical support to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges.

At HHP, we bring providers together to build a stronger, more connected health and human services system—one where organizations can collaborate, innovate, and thrive. By aligning resources, leveraging data, and advocating with a unified voice, we create meaningful impact for our members, our partners, and the communities we serve.
